The Jeffrey Steele-hosted “Music City Connection” is set to air on XM Satellite Radio

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Jeffrey Steele invited songwriters Al Anderson and Tony Mullins to be his guests when he hosted an episode of “Music City Connection: Heroes Behind the Hits.” The “Music City Connection” series, which is produced by the Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau, showcases songwriters of all genres who live, work and record in Nashville. The show, recorded in April at Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Club at the Gaylord Entertainment Center, featured more than a dozen songs, including “The Cowboy In Me,” “Trip Around the Sun,” “My Town,” “Something’s Gotta Give,” and, in its first performance by songwriters Steele and Mullins, the Rascal Flatts smash “Me and My Gang.”

The Jeffrey Steele-hosted “Music City Connection” is set to air three times on on XM Satellite Radio’s Highway 16 channel: June 27 (noon ET/1 pm CT), June 29 (4 pm ET/3 pm CT), and July 1
(9 pm ET/ 8 pm CT).
